An unhealthy relationship is mostly based on power and control instead of it being based on love and respect


Your partner does not have to physically abuse you it can also be verbal.


There is NO EXCUSE for cheating.


If you have to hide anything from your partner you should probably reconsider your choice BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE

My sense is the relationships that work best are when both partners feel they won the lottery in the other and bring that to the table. When one starts to think "oh they are so lucky to have me" or "I don't deserve them", the balance is off.
